Jeffrey G. Marsocci Attorney
Born in Fort Worth, TX, but raised in Lincoln, RI, Jeffrey graduated from Mount Saint Charles Academy High School. He holds a BS in Business and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University. In June 2013, he was Hofstra University’s Alumni of the Month , and the City of Raleigh honored his firm in 2011 with the Human Relations Business Award. In 2014, the CMP™ Governing Board* certified Mr. Marsocci as a Medicaid Planner™. Mr. Marsocci is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association, and the National Italian American Bar Association.
Since 1996, in addition to his Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Care Assistance Planning practice in Raleigh, NC, Mr. Marsocci has authored numerous books including The Plain English Attorney: Estate Planning Basics, The Plain English Attorney: The Long Term Care Solution and other estate planning books found on Amazon.com. Mr. Marsocci frequently holds seminars for clients, financial advisors, and other attorneys on topics related to the Life and Estate Planning field as well as developing and presenting continuing legal education courses for attorneys and life insurance agents. He and his wife, Kathleen also live in Raleigh and work with various charitable and non-profit groups including the Human Rights Campaign and Kiwanis. Both are recipients of the President’s Call to Service Award through the Points of Light Foundation for completing more than 4,000 hours of service during their lifetimes.
